CBK Organizes a Panel Discussion Presented by Dr. Florence Eid-Oakden, Arabia Monitor CEO
The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) organized a panel discussion with Arabia Monitor CEO and Chief Economist Dr. Florence Eid-Oakden which tackled geopolitical forecasts and their inherent impact on the region’s economy.
Dr. Eid-Oakden also touched on investment opportunities for the countries of the region in light of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) state’s growing relations with China and with India. Additionally, the process of drawing policies geared towards enhancing the economic and monetary state of affairs of Arab countries was discussed.
The event, attended by a group of CBK staff members, comes within the bank’s efforts to benefit from the expertise of select international institutions and specialists.
