Al-Hashel extends his appreciation and pride on the occasion of the United Nations (UN) honoring and naming His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah as a “Humanitarian Leader” and naming the State of Kuwait as an “International Humanitarian Center”.
